Try marinating bone in, ski...Thank you, Beach Bux. Try marinating bone in, skin on chicken all day in the mojo and then toss it on the grill. I like to get nice char marks on the chicken, and then I transfer them to foil packs sprayed with cooking spray. Right before you serve, kick it up with a little fresh lime juice and cilantro. One of my favorite summer meals!
